When is my total balance due?

Balances are due at three points in our process:

• A deposit is collected upon a homeowner signing their Monalee contract
  • $1,000 for California residents
  • $2,000 for residents in other states where we operate
• The first 50% is due when we submit permits (step 3 of our process)
• The remaining balance is due after installation (step 4 of our process) and ahead of the final inspection with your local jurisdictions’ inspection office.
