You can cancel your order and receive a full refund anytime before your site survey is performed. You will receive a full refund if you cancel before your site survey is performed. If you cancel your order during the design stage or later, a fee may be applied. If there are any changes to scope of work resulting in an increased price, and you choose not to proceed, cancellation fees will not be incurred.
