I am not one to usually write reviews one way or another, but this has been absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. I started the process with Monalee back last November and as of today, July 25, 2024 my solar system still does not work correctly, Monalee Solar has been completely ignoring me, and the installer they hired is threatening to put a lien on my house to collect the money they have not paid him yet. In order to get the permit from my electric company for permission to operate I had to pay in full the amount I owed Monalee which was over $40,000, and my system still does not work properly after almost 8 months of hassling with a Monalee and now to top it off I have a third-party putting a lien on my house even though I am the only one that has held up my end of the deal. Whatever you do, do not use this company.
