They kindly explain how the system will run and they show you how to use the app to monitor your own system! This almost felt like too good to be true, squeezing it in before the NEM 2.0 cutoff and it being more affordable than the competitors by a good amount. Took maybe 4 months with permits to start installation, but otherwise an awesome experience.
