• September 19, 2023 Project kickoff! As soon as we received Robert’s signed Monalee contract, we moved forward and scheduled his site survey.
• September 24, 2023 Site survey. This is an important part of our process because it gives us a comprehensive overview of a customer’s electrical setup.
• October 2, 2023 Design completed. Our designers determined the safest and most cost efficient electrical design for Robert’s home.
• October 6, 2023 Permits approved. After compiling info needed for Robert’s permit application, we submitted the paperwork and received approval.
• November 10, 2023 Installation day! Robert’s solar system was successfully installed. Our install crews usually arrive at 8am to begin work.

The problem: long, projected timelines

Before going solar with Monalee, Robert spoke with other solar companies in his local area. His goal was to better understand pricing, projected timelines, and financing options. Robert wanted a partial re-roof where his solar panels would be placed and a solar battery for his system. After receiving quotes from competitors, he wasn’t sold on the price or the specific equipment being used for installations. Robert wanted a straightforward process with easy-to-track milestones.
